Nar Phu valley, less trodden area located on north of Annapurna range edging towards southern border of Tibet comprises of beautiful village Nar and Phu inhabited by nomadic Manange people who speak their own unique and rare Narpa language.

Trekking to this secluded area opened for trekkers for eleven years bestows chance to unravel cultural enigma along moment to indulge on emblem of heavenly beauty boasting high passes, higher peaks, narrow canyons, serene snow white glaciers, scenic villages, typical culture and lifestyle. Trek to this region starts from Jagat.

Itinerary Overview

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Jagat for overnight stay taking about eight hours.

Day 03: We begin our trek from Jagatfollowing ascending trail leading to river. Then, we climb uphill before trekking down to Dharapani for overnight stay taking                       about eight hours.

Day 04: We pass through pine and fir forests on our six hours’ trek from Dharapani to Koto.

Day 05: We trek through river bank of SotiKhola passing pine forests, streams before steeply ascending to Meta village for overnight stay.

Day 06: Trek to PhuGaon from Meta consuming about eight hours.

Day 07: Rest day at PhuGaon for acclimatization.

Day 08: We trek down passing many streams and suspension bridge up to Mahendrapul. After having lunch at Mahendrapul we climb steeply uphill to arrive at Nar for               overnight stay taking about six hours.

Day 09: Rest day at Nar for acclimatization.

Day 10: We cross Kang la pass at elevation of 3540 meters to reach Ngwal for overnight stay taking about eight hours.

Day 11: Trek to Manang from Ngwal that takes about five hours.

Day 12: We climb uphill on our three and half-hours’ trek from Manang to Yak Kharka.

Day 13: We head to ThorongPhedi leaving Yak Kharka on three and half-hours’ trek.

Day 14: We ascend world highest Thorong la pass to meet our next destination Muktinath that consumes almost eight hours.

Day 15: We leave Muktinath and cross Kagbeni moving on sloppy trail to Jomsom.

Day 16: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara which takes thirty-five minutes.

Day 17: Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara on seven hours’ drive. 

Day 18: We drive you to airport on the basis of your scheduled flight

We climb uphill on our three and half-hours’ trek from Manang to Yak Kharka.

 

Day 13:

We head to ThorongPhedi leaving Yak Kharka on three and half-hours’ trek.

 

Day 14: 

We ascend world highest Thorong la pass to meet our next destination Muktinath that consumes almost eight hours.

 

Day 15:

We leave Muktinath and cross Kagbeni moving on sloppy trail to Jomsom.

 

Day 16:

Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara which takes thirty-five minutes.

 

Day 17:

Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara on seven hours’ drive. 

 

Day 18:

Accommodation: You would be accommodated at Nagarjun homestay with facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television, free WIFI during Kathmandu stay. And offered to stay at hotels or homestay with facilities granted by hotels or homestay during tour.


Meal: You would be offered breakfast, Nepali meal at homestay during time at Kathmandu while on tour you would be provided Nepalese meals two times a day along with breakfast.
