Arun valley trek offering picturesque vision of terraced fields, green meadows and snowy peaks on each direction of trek begins from Tumlingtar after sensational flight from Kathmandu and ends at Lukla; instigating point for Everest base camp trek.

Apart from hypnotizing vision of Mt. Everest, Thamserku, Makalu, Ama Dablam, region haven of almost 650 bird species, 800 species of butterflies, 30 rhododendron species as well as habitat of rare and endangered red panda.

Arun valley trek along serpentine and vertically zigzag trail gives sensation of floating on the high rapids of sea witnessing adorned bio diversity and cultural diversity.

Itinerary Overview

 

Day One: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day Two: Sensational flight to Tumlingtar airport from Tribhuvan international airport for one hour.

Day Three: Trek for Arun valley begins from Tumlingtar to Chyawabesi at 280 meters’ height from sea-level that takes about six hours.

Day Four: We leave Chyawabesi heading to Kothe for overnight stay taking about six hours.

Day Five: We climb uphill trail from Kothe to arrive Salpa phedi taking about five hours for overnight stay.

Day Six: We pass Guranse on our six hours’ trek to Sanam from Salpa Phedi.

Day Seven: Approximately five hours’ trek to Bung from Sanam for overnight stay.

Day Eight: Trek from Bung to Gai Kharka at elevation of 2300 meters for overnight stay consuming about six hours.

Day Nine: We trek from Gai Kharka perceiving amazing view of Sherpa peak, Khumbila and Kusum Kangaroo on way to Paiyun taking about five hours.

Day Ten: We head to Phakding trekking on ascending trail from Paiyun that takes about six hours.

Day Eleven: We cross river on high suspension bridge to reach Namche from Phakding taking about five hours.

Day Twelve: Rest at Namche for acclimatization and explore the beautiful place at the base of highest peak.

Day Thirteen: Conclude journey on Lukla trekking from Namche that takes six hours.

Day Fourteen: Return flight to Kathmandu from Lukla.

Day Fifteen: We drive you to airport on the basis of your scheduled flight.

Accommodation: You would be accommodated at Nagarjun homestay with facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television, free WIFI during Kathmandu stay. And offered to stay at teahouses with facilities granted by teahouses during trek.

 


Meal: You would be offered breakfast, Nepali meal at homestay during time at Kathmandu while on trekking you would be provided Nepalese meals three times a day during trek.
