Itinerary Overview

Day One: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day Two: About seven hours drive from Kathmandu we reach Besishahar.
Day Three: We begin our trek from Besishahar walking along Marshyandi river bank for four and half hours to reach Bahundanda.
Day Four: Explore natural beauty and culture, religion of several villages like Ngadi, Laligaon, Syange on our six hours’ trek from Bahundanda to Jagat.
Day Five: We reach Dharapani encountering numerous bird species, wild animals on our six hours’ trek from Jagat.
Day Six: We proceed our journey to Chame from Dharapani that takes four hours.
Day Seven: Trek from Chame to Pisang consuming about about five hours.
Day Eight: Trek from Pisang to Manang that takes about five hours.
Day Nine: Rest day at Manang
Day Ten: We climb uphill on our three and half-hours’ trek from Manang to Yak Kharka.
Day Eleven: We head to ThorongPhedi leaving Yak Kharka on three and half-hours’ trek.
Day Twelve: We ascend world highest Thorong la pass to meet our next destination Muktinath that consumes almost eight hours.
Day Thirteen: We reach Marpha crossing world deepest Kali Gandaki gorge walking for six hours.
Day Fourteen: We pass through Kalopani on trek from Marpha to Ghasa.
Day Fifteen: Trek from Ghasa to Tatopani that takes about five hours.
Day Sixteen: We trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani that takes approximately seven hours.
Day Seventeen: After refreshing trek to Poonhill for dazzling vision of glistening snow peaks early morning, we walk from Ghorepani to reach Tadapani for overnight stay.
Day Eighteen: Descend to Ghandruk from Tadapani taking three hours.
Day Nineteen: Enjoy the trek along zigzag path from Ghandruk to Chhomrong that takes around four hours.
Day Twenty: We move along desending trail crossing chhomrong khola to reach Dovan.
Day Twenty-One: Access Annapurna Base Camp passing through Machhapuchhre Base Camp trekking along uphill trail from Dovan.
Day Twenty-Two:Descend from Annapurna Base Camp over the trail runnin imites forest with seen of himalayab landscape to reach chhomrong.
Day Twenty-Three: We leave Chhomrong to immerse on natural beauty blossomed by rhododendron, oaks and bamboo plants on our eight hours’ trek to Jhinudanda.
Day Twenty-Four: We trek from Jhinudanda to Pothana crossing numerous streams and terraces as well as mingling with local ethnic communities.
Day Twenty-Five: Return to DhampusPhedi from Pothana and drive back to Pokhara from DhampusPhedi by car.
Day Twenty-Six: Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara on seven hours’ drive.
Day Twenty-Seven: We drive you to airport on the basis of your scheduled flight.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

You will be warmly welcomed by our representative at Tribhuwan International Airport and transferred to hotel by private vehicle.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Besishahar

Drive from Kathmandu along Prithvi Highway passing Dumre to reach Besisahar taking seven hours.

Day 03: Besishahar to Bahundanda passing Ngadi

The trek begins from Besisahar passing through flat level trail enchanting on green sceneries   along the coast of Marshyandi river for short duration then climb upward trail to reach Bahundanda to attach with culturally rich Gurung community receiving their warm welcome after having lunch at Ngadi.

Day 04: Bahundanda to Jagat

The journey moves from Bahundanda trekking on steep uphill trail via rice terraces from Ngadi till we reach LaliGaon. The path goes down along the river. Finally, we walk downhill to reach Jagat for overnight stay after climbing steep uphill for short duration.

Day 05: Jagat to Dharapani passing Chamje

We move ahead on sloppy trail to Marsyandi river and climb uphill via forests to Chamje. Then, we reach village Tal crossing river initially and cross suspension bridge over Marsyandi river to arrive at Dharapani for overnight stay.

Day 06: Dharapani to Chame

We follow path that leads to westward direction up to Manang valley indulging on magnetic vision Annapurna second and Annapurna four. Initially, we walk upward passing through several forests and crossing Dhanakyu, Lattemarang village till we reach Kotho. Then, we follow easy path for half hour to arrive Chame for overnight stay.

Day 07: Chame to Pisang

At continue our journey climbing uphill passing through apple orchard, fir, pine forest then we follow the path to Bratang; military station for troops in past. We walk along the trail that runs via steep and narrow valley to find ourselves on large and beautiful village Pisang.

Day 08: Pisang to Manang through Upper Pisang

We move from Pisang to Manang passing through Upper Pisang crossing Geru with breathtaking vision of Mt. Annapurna, Pisang peak as well as giving sensational experience of standing horizontally front of stunning snow peaks bathed in golden sunlight. We have chance to explore Barge monastery; biggest monastery in Manang district.

Day 09: Rest at Manang

Rest at Manang for acclimatization before crossing Thorong la.

Day 10: Manang to Yak Kharka

We climb gradually uphill through the village Gunsang then we move ahead through green meadows and cross wooden bridge over small river to reach Yak Kharka enchanting on panoramic views of mountains.

Day 11: Yak Kharka to ThorongPhedi crossing Ledtar

We leave Yak Kharka climbing uphill at beginning to arrive at village Letdar and trek down to Marsyandi crossing wooden bridge. We reach ThorongPhedi for overnight stay trekking on vertically zigzag path from Marsyandi.

Day 12: ThorongPhedi to Muktinath passing Thorong la pass

We move from ThorongPhedi at early morning climbing steep uphill trail immersing on magical vision of glistening snow peaks due to sunlight and tempting view of Kali Gandaki river below till we reach Chorten. Then, we trek down from Thorong la; highest passes in the world from east to west, easiest and safest direction to arrive at Muktinath for overnight stay.

Day 13: Muktinath to Marpha via Jomsom

After relinquishing visit of Muktinath, we continue our journey to kali Gandaki on downhill trail and pass through Jharkot, Khinsar village to arrive at Jomsom. With short recess at Jomsom, we descend to Marpha; culturally rich Thakali village, for overnight stay.

Day 14: Marpha to Ghasa

We head to Ghasa with eye pleasing glimpse of RukseJharana(Waterfall) on steeply downhill path via pine, rhododendron forests crossing Kalopani. Ghasa; beautiful village on backdrop of mountain popular for birdwatching and wild marijuana.

Day 15: Ghasa to Tatopani

We trek on steeply downhill path up to RukseJharana leaving Ghasa. Then, we climb slightly upward along the path that runs midst of various human settlements to reach Tatopani; place to enjoy natural hot bath on natural springs on bank of Kali Gandaki river.

Day 16: Tatopani to Ghorepani

We pass through easy and flat level path before climbing steeply uphill along path amidst different villages and cross Kali Gandaki river to ascend elevated path passing villages like Phalate, Chitre till we reach Ghorepani.

Day 17: Ghorepani to Tadapani after short hike to Poonhill

Early in the morning with an hour hike to Poonhill enjoy sparkling sunrise view on snowcapped mountains. Then, an hour down trek to Ghorepani, we walk on descending trail crossing GharKhola bridge then pass through Deurali to enjoy peaceful environment of beautiful country village Banthanti. We move uphill from Bantanti to reach Tadapani.

Day 18: Tadapani to Ghandruk

We continue our journey walking gently down along easy route listening rhythmic tone generated from birds and insects chirping passing through rhododendron, oak dense forests. We arrive at Ghandruk village to explore handicraft center and Gurung museum enchanting on rapturous vision of Himalayan peaks, on Ghandruk.

Day 19: Ghandruk to Chhomrong

Initially, trekking moves on upward trail for an hour to GhandrukKot. Then, we walk steep down to KimronKhola and move ahead on gradually elevated path to reach Chhomrong; gateway to Annapurna Sanctuary trek.

Day 20: Chhomrong to Dovan

We leave Chhomrong and walk over descending trail crossing ChhomrongKhola on swaying suspension bridge passing Tilicho, Sinuwa, Kuldi to reach Dovan; confluence of river, where is tea houses surrounded by bamboo forest.

Day 21: Dovan to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp

We lead our journey to Annapurna Base Camp leaving Dovan via Machhapuchhre Base Camp moving on gently uphill path encircled by various rhododendron, oak trees. We cross Himalayan Hotel, explore Hinko cave on our ascending trekking up to Deurali. Then, we have eye catching vision of spectacular Machhapuchhre as well as Mount Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna after exertive trek from Bagar to Machhapuchhre then move ahead on widen path from Annapurna Sanctuary. At last, we access Annapurna Base Camp; heart of our trekking to enthrall on natural Himalayan beauty relishing yourself on heavenly feelings.

Day 22: Annapurna Base Camp to Chhomrong passing Sinuwa

After exhilarating uphill climb of Annapurna Base Camp, we descend from Annapurna Base Camp and arrive at village named Sinuwa then continue our journey to Chhomrong retracing the route that runs through local tree forest.

Day 23: Chhomrong to Jhinudanda

We pass through various rhododendron, oaks and bamboo plants on downhill trek to Bamboo. Then, we climb uphill from Bamboo till we reach Sinuwa crossing Kuldighar. We proceed our journey along descending trail from Sinuwa to Jhinudanda;house of natural hot springs on lap of mountains.

Day 24: Jhinudanda to Pothana crossing Landruk, Deurali

We reach Himalpani wandering on descending path and trek gently uphill over the trail that passes through Landruk, Tolka, Bherikharka villages crossing numerous terraces to find ourselves on Deurali village. Then, we descend from Deurali to reach Pothana for overnight stay.

Day 25: Pothana to DhampusPhedi and return drive to Pokhara

We leave Pothana trekking on gently downhill route up to Dhampus. After short walk from Dhampus on easy flat path, we descend to DhampusPhedi for one and half hours’ drive to Pokhara.

Day 26: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara by tourist vehicle peeping beauty of green sceneries and rice terrace fields.

Day 27: Return Flight

We drive you to airport on the basis of your scheduled flight.

To enjoy your trip more you need to be comfort and breathability all day long, for that you need to put emphasis on equipment’s that are necessary. The following list includes items that are necessary which can also be hired.

  • Backpack: During your trip you need to be careful to make the weight of your clothing equipment down to minimum. Your packed trek bag, should weigh no more than 15 kilograms (33 pounds.)
  • Sleeping Bag: Sleeping bag rated to at least 15-degrees Fahrenheit (Optional/ Sleeping bag is provided by us if necessary)

Clothes

While packing your clothes, you need to be careful to not to pack heavy clothes. It’s rather good to go on layers than in bulky clothes.

Accommodation: You would be accommodated at Nagarjun homestay with facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television, free WIFI during Kathmandu stay. And offered to stay at teahouses with facilities granted by teahouses during trek.


Meal: You would be offered breakfast, Nepali meal at homestay during time at Kathmandu while on trekking you would be provided Nepalese meals three times a day during trek.
